In article are results of clinical study of efficacy of flucopt used to treat otomycosis in children. according to the results of the study flucopt has effectively surpressed the mycotic in-fection and ameliorated symptoms of the disease, thus promoting earlier recovery.

The renal complication in the long-term periods in the women who have had acute renal failure after birth

The data obtained indicate excessively slow recovery of lost functions, which is most intense during the first 2 – 3 years and indicate the need for prolonged recovery of renal function for more than 6-7 years, deterioration of renal function contributed to: a chronic underlying disease (chronic glomerular – pyelonephritis, anemia, and subsequent pregnancy and childbirth in the background is not completely recovered renal function). Therefore, this group of patients should be on the dispensary to the full restoration of the functional usefulness of the kidneys, at least 2-3 years, and patients with chronic renal failure observed in different stages – for life.

TREATMENT AND PREVENTION OF VIRAL INFECTIONS WITH THE USE OF INTERFERON INDUCTORS

Today viral infections are the leading cause of morbidity worldwide, the role of which in the overall morbidity will only increase. Recently in the treatment of viral infections extensive use of immunomodulators, the range is constantly expanding. The most promising drugs in the given as¬pect are interferon inducers. The article presents the results of studies of prophylactic effectiveness and treatment of acute respiratory viral infections interferon inducers of 150 patients aged from 1 month to 17 years. The results obtained showed that anaferon having a pronounced curative and prophylactic efficiency of the flu, when before vaccine period increases the functional activity of specific antibodies that reduce the intensity of morbidity. The ability of the drug to reduce the number of bacterial complications allowed authors to effectively apply anaferon in the treatment of viral infections in children with secondary immunodeficiency condition. The inclusion of anaferon in the standard therapy of acute intestinal virus infection in children significantly reduced the duration of the main symptoms of the disease. -

Results of the study are indicate that using of antimushrooms preparation has allowed vastly to raise efficiency an therapy of the candida’s mucous of oral cavity and can be recommended for broad practical use. Under long antibacterial therapy, acceptance of corticosteroid’s, citoctatic’s necessary to fix the antimushrooms antibiotics in preventive dose inside. Discovery and treatment of the main disease with other specialist often requires combination some medicine, repeated treatment course or supporting treatments, without which is not provided success of the local antimushrooms therapy of oral cavity. -
Analysis of cases of maternal mortality in the republic of Tajikistan

The structure of maternal mortality consists of controlled factors by 77 %. Causes of maternal mortality often seen not from a position of obstetric errors, and in connection with the difficulties of diagnosis, intensive care, which largely depend on the allied professionals. At the same time eliminating the elimination of obstetric complications in the main role of an obstetrician-gynecologist is obvious. The prospect of further reduction in obstetric complications and maternal mortality is the use of new scientific advances. The introduction of national standards is the realistic way to reduce maternal morbidity and mortality. Research on privacy and investigation of cases of maternal loses and maternal audit will let to improve the quality of medical services.

Thus, in the near term, despite the fact that the recovery phase lasts more than a year, from 70 patients with CGF of all three groups is almost back to normal has not recovered any one patient: 34 patients (48.6%) recovered to 60 KGF – 50 ml / min, which corresponded to a stage of chronic renal failure, in 22 (31.4%) EC 45 – 25 ml / min., corresponding to stage 2 CHRF, 12 (17.1%) KGF 20 – 10 ml / min – 3 stage renal failure in 2 (2.9%) KGF less than 10 ml / min – end-stage renal failure. Therefore, in the near term, these patients require careful observation and treatment for the full rehabilitation and prevention of chronic renal failure. -
Optimization of a tactical approach when combined fractures of long bones

In the work of the studied result of the treatment of 73 patients with impairment of long tubular bones of the lower extremities, received at the clinic for emergency and planned manner. All patients were complex clinico-diagnostic approach and appropriate treatment.
The result of the study States that early stable-functional osteosynthesis of a grant minimize disability, early activation of the patients, and also the restoration of the static-dynamic functions and kinematic balance of the musculoskeletal system.
